Matthew Skeggs

For the past decade Matthew and Neil have shared a keen interest in property investment, collaborating on several redevelopment projects together. Since 2020 they have leveraged this experience to advise others on how to effectively navigate and identify the best investment opportunities in international property markets and obtain second citizenships.

Neil Arrowsmith

Neil has worked in financial markets for over 22 years in London, Singapore and Hong Kong, where he is currently based. His interest in international property markets extends to various redevelopment projects and short-let investments. Most recently he acquired property in Portugal to qualify for the Golden Visa programme, for himself and his family. This experience led him to co-found Property-Smith with Matthew, to provide support to others seeking similar investment opportunities.
